BELIZE AND GUATEMALA AGREE TO OAS SECRETARY GENERAL’S PROPOSAL
Ministers of Belize and Guatemala responsible for negotiations on the territorial differendum between both nations today agreed to a proposal by the Organization of American States (OAS) Secretary General to “begin a process of negotiation on the maritime area of the territorial differendum.” The parties agreed their next negotiation meeting would be March 23 and 24 in Guatemala. Ingredients:
1 lb flour
1 tb baking powder
1 tb shortening
1 pinch salt
1 can coconut milk
Instructions:
Mix ingredients together and knead into a stiff dough.
Shape into balls.
Rest for 1/2 hour.
Flatten into small circular rolls (optional to prick top with fork).
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. More
