| 1975 Catalina 22 swing keel,
pop top in excellent mechanical condition. All
standing rigging is less than 10 years old and
it is 3/16 inch as opposed to 1/8 inch. All
chain plates and shroud eyes are also new. New
Jib and mainsail cover and the main sail is
fairly new and in very good condition. All
sheets and halliards are also in good
condition. 20 lb. anchor with about 20 ft. of
3/8 inch chain and 100 ft. of 5/8 inch anchor
line. New keel winch cable and keel eye bolt.
All exterior wood work is new. New adjustable
depth outboard motor mount. New interior
cushion covers. The windows have been
taken apart and the frames painted with epoxy
paint and resealed in to the boat. There are
no deck leaks on this boat. Includes all the
hardware for a boom vang as well as many extra
hardware parts. The bottom is epoxy barrier
coated as well as the keel which has been
fared with epoxy putty. This boat is ready to
go sailing anywhere in Belize including out to
the atolls. I sailed it out to Glover's
last winter and the boat is in even better
shape now than it was then. It also includes
some bumper/fenders and dock lines and life
jackets. She also has a 1 year old deep cycle
marine battery and running lights. She is
licensed until the end of 2013. She has no
motor. The price for the boat as described is
BZ$9,000 There is also a trailer available for the boat that will carry any kind of boat up to 25 ft. and 6000 lbs. It is a tandem axle trailer with adjustable stanchions and a bow post with a winch.
